Greek Terracotta Oil Lamp
Item Description
C. 500 – 425 BC
A nice Greek oil lamp with black glaze to interior and shoulders. It has a shallow body with a inverted shoulders and inverted rim. There is a raised open tube through bottom, rising to the height of the rim. It has a short nozzle with a large wick-hole.
Small nick to open tube otherwise a nice example.
