Egyptian Steatite Plaque For Tehutmes III. Fine Carvings.

C. 1570-1293 BC – Dynasty XVIII, New Kingdom
A fine example of an oval, double-sided plaque containing hieroglyphs that form the name MEN KEPPER RA for Tehutmes III, with hieroglyphs either side. The other side features a hare flanked by a sun disc and an ankh, which symbolises the symbol of life.
In excellent condition with fine carvings to hieroglyphs.
