C.1570-1070 BC -New Kingdom Period
A beautiful green glazed steatite plaque, decorated with hieroglyphs to both sides and pierced horizontally for suspension. One side features the feather of Maat, a basket, ripple of water and other various hieroglyphs. The other side is also decorated with a the feather of Maat, ripple of water, sun disc and a basket and another hieroglyph.
Excellent example with a fine green glaze and clear hieroglyphs.
