Item Description

C. 1550-1200 BC

An Ancient Holy Land terracotta juglet with a single handle decorated with a row of perforations across the top. It has a bulbous body and a short neck, wide mouth and a rounded base. The Holy Land was the first region to enter the Bronze Age, which began with the rise of the Mesopotamian civilization of Sumer in the mid-fourth millennium BC.

Some chips to rim otherwise intact and in good condition.
