C. 3100 – 2900 BC

A large Ancient Holy Land terracotta bowl with a flat circular base leading to a wide body and high shoulders. There are two thumb-indented ledge handles around the shoulders and some nice decoration. The Holy Land was the first region to enter the Bronze Age, which began with the rise of the Mesopotamian civilization of Sumer in the mid-fourth millennium BC.

Slightly chipped with some earthy surface deposits otherwise intact and of a nice large size.
